Barn Rules & Equine Policies

*Tack may be left in barn during stay, however, Hell Canyon Horse Camp is not responsible for missing property. 

*Pallets are available to stack hay

*All saddling and unsaddling MUST BE DONE in designated saddling areas at barn.

*No Tying horses to side of trailer, fence or stall panels

*No horses allowed in camping area

*Do not tie feed bucket/hay to stall gate

*Take halter off horse while in stall

*No Stallions allowed

*Stalls MUST BE CLEANED daily.  Wheelbarrows are available for use. Dump muck in container on side of barn....If full, leave in wheelbarrow.

*Shavings or pellets are required in the covered and partially covered stalls. 

*If your plan is to ride out on last day, please clean stalls before departing for ride. 

*Current Coggins(with in 1 year) required for ALL horses

* Health Certificates(no older than 30 days) are required for all out of

 state horses.  (We do NOT accept the extended 6 month certificates)

Check out time for Trailer/RV and Stalls is by 11:00 AM

Deposit required:   

-A non-refundable deposit of $100 per site/cabin is required when reservation is made.   

-Additionally, 25% of the total amount must be paid 89 days before arrival and this payment is also non-refundable.

-The remaining balance is due at check in.
